I believe you can use ME/PE slots from alliance labs remotely, but you cannot access the labs (lab hangars themselves), as you don't have corp access.

I would say there are more lucrative businesses in EVE than selling BPCs, but if you have an alt with a few spare research/copy slots and an accessible ME lab slot - it can make a nice supplement to your income without too much a hassle.
